Ea Origin Gift Card Redeeming Guide

⚠️ Update for the Origin app

EA is retiring the Origin app as of April 17, 2025, due to Microsoft's and Apple’s decision to end support for 32-bit apps. Since Origin is a 32-bit application, you’ll need to switch to the EA app to continue using your EA library.

On Mac, Origin will still be available for users on macOS Mojave and earlier, but the EA app is now the main platform moving forward.

There is no need to re-download your games since titles installed through Origin will transfer to the EA app automatically.

Redeeming an EA Origin Gift Card

  1. Log in to your EA Account and head to the Payment and Wallet section.

  1. Click on EA Wallet, then choose Add Funds.

  2. Enter your EA Gift Card code in the space provided.

  3. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.

  4. Click Submit to add the funds from your gift card to your EA Wallet balance.

Redeeming an EA Gift Card on Pogo

  1. Sign in to your Pogo account and head over to the redemption page.

  2. Pick the content you want to redeem your card for and click Select.

    Options include:

    • 275 Pogo Gems (with an extra 25 bonus Gems)

    • 3-month Club Pogo membership

  3. Enter your EA Gift Card code, click Continue, and double-check your redemption details. 

  4. Select Apply Code to complete the process.
