Payment transactions and identity verification are handled by independent third-party service providers. GameBoost does not store or process payment card details or identity documents.

Such processing is used to assist decision-making and does not result in decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on users being made solely by automated means.
Marketing communications, where applicable, are sent in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC), as implemented under applicable national law. Users may opt out at any time.
GameBoost retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including the operation of the Platform, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and enforcement of our agreements.
In particular:
  • Account Data is retained for as long as a user maintains an active account. Where an account is deleted, data is removed or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, compliance, or dispute-related purposes.
  • Order and Payment Reference Data is retained for accounting, audit, and compliance purposes in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Communication Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage user support, resolve disputes, and ensure platform integrity.
  • Technical and Security Data, such as logs and IP addresses, is retained for a limited period necessary to ensure platform security and prevent abuse.
GameBoost does not retain payment card details or identity verification documents. Such data is processed and retained by independent third-party service providers in accordance with their own legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and legitimate business needs.
Personal data processed by GameBoost may be stored and processed within the European Economic Area (EEA) or transferred to third-party service providers located outside the EEA where necessary for the operation of the Platform.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and subject to appropriate safeguards. These safeguards may include adequacy decisions adopted by the European Commission or the use of standard contractual clauses and other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

GameBoost does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for purposes unrelated to the operation of the Platform.
We do not store or process payment card details or identity verification documents. Such data is processed by independent third-party service providers in accordance with their own legal obligations.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
