- to provide access to and operate the Platform;
- to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers;
- to communicate with users regarding accounts, orders, support requests, or platform-related matters;
- to prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity;
- to comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations;
- to manage seller onboarding and verification status;
- to send service-related communications and, where permitted by law and based on user preferences, marketing communications.
GameBoost may use automated systems to support the operation and security of the Platform, including for fraud prevention, abuse detection, and risk assessment. Such processing is used to assist decision-making and does not result in decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on users being made solely by automated means.
Marketing communications, where applicable, are sent in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC), as implemented under applicable national law. Users may opt out at any time.
