Very bad experience.
The seller responds very slowly and shows no understanding for returns. I am a Genshin beginner and did not know the account was region-locked. I politely asked for a refund without opening or using the account, but the seller refused and reacted ignorantly the email needed long to arrive to the seller is obsessed with money many other reason for refund just say no and ignore that.
