GameBoost (gameboost.com) is operated by Global Gaming Services d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including digital goods and services offered by third-party sellers ("Selling Users").

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Global Gaming Services d.o.o. By using GameBoost, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The Terms are in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the laws of the European Union.

Please read these terms carefully before using GameBoost.

You as a consumer expressly consent to the loss of the right of withdrawal from the contract as set out in Article 9 of the Directive 2011/83/EU on the basis of exception provided in Article 16(m) of the Directive (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/dir/2011/83/oj/eng#art_16) and acknowledge your understanding that this consent results in loss of the right to unilaterally terminate the contract under the Directive and applicable law.

  • GameBoost is an online platform, where Users are connected to Selling Users who provide various digital goods and services connect to various video games.
  • As a marketplace, GameBoost does not typically purchase any Digital Goods, Digital Services or digital content, nor accounts, neither from the Selling Users or third parties, and does not sell or resell Digital Goods or Digital Services to Users, except possibly for certain specific situations or offers, where such offers shall be clearly described. Without anything showing otherwise, please assume that Gameboost acts only as a commercial agent of the Selling Users.
  • GameBoost extensively checks and vets the Selling Users who are allowed to list their offers on the website, to ensure compliance and increase safety for all users of the website.
  • GameBoost is not affiliated with any video game publisher or developer. All intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, etc.) regarding an individual video game is the property of that game's respective publisher and/or developer and not of GameBoost.
1.1The following definitions apply to these Terms:
1.1.1“User” refers to anyone who browses, registers, or purchases from GameBoost.
1.1.2“Selling User” refers to individuals or businesses offering and providing Digital Goods and Digital Services on GameBoost.
1.1.3“Digital Services” are services offered and provided by Selling Users, which include Boosting and Buddy Services in games.
1.1.4“Digital Goods” are non-physical video game related goods offered and sold by Selling Users, which include in-game accounts, currencies, keys, or items.
1.1.5“Client Dashboard” is the user area where order management occurs.
1.1.6“Service Provider” refers to Global Gaming Services d.o.o.
1.1.7“Website” is the GameBoost website available at gameboost.com
1.1.8“Game Rules” all binding terms, conditions and regulations between the User and the owner/rights holder for a particular video game, relating to the ownership and use of such video game.

2.1You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use GameBoost.
2.2By using the platform, you confirm you are legally able to enter into binding agreements and are not prohibited from doing so by local laws. You confirm no third party needs to allow, consent or co-sign this agreement in order for it to be fully binding.

4.1Users may create an account via e-mail or support third-party logins (Discord, Google, etc.).
4.2Selling Users must apply for verification and provide additional personal details as described in the verification process on the Website.
4.3All information provided must be accurate. GameBoost is not liable for any damages or losses if the User or Selling Users provides false or incorrect information.
4.4The User is obligated to use the Website on his behalf and to not allow the usage of his Account to other Users, Selling Users and other people in general.
4.5The account login and password information need to be adequately protected from access by others. The account is non-transferable and cannot be inherited. It is prohibited to have more than one account.
4.6GameBoost reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations, misrepresentation, inactivity, or at its discretion.
4.7If a User’s or Selling User’s account is suspended or removed due to a breach of the Terms, GameBoost has the authority to freeze or remove any balance that remains on such account.

5.1GameBoost reserves the right to perform a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all types of Users, including but not limited to Selling Users, Buyers, Boosters, Coaches, and other site participants.
5.2By using the Website and its services, all Users agree to comply with the KYC process if requested by GameBoost. The KYC process may require Users to submit identification documents, proof of address, and any other necessary information to verify their identity.
5.3GameBoost may initiate the KYC process at any time, regardless of the User's activity status on the platform. The KYC process can be conducted during registration, prior to completing a transaction, or at any other time deemed necessary by GameBoost.
5.4GameBoost reserves the right to place any ongoing transactions on hold until the KYC process is completed to the satisfaction of GameBoost. Transactions will only be resumed once the User has successfully passed the KYC verification.
5.5If a User fails to complete the KYC process or to provide the required information within the specified timeframe, GameBoost reserves the right to suspend the User's account and cancel any pending transactions. In such cases, GameBoost may also withhold payments or issue refunds as per its sole discretion.

6.1Users can purchase Digital Services and Digital Goods from Selling Users under terms and specification as listed on the website.
6.2Upon purchasing, Users may be required to provide specific in-game or account information required to complete the purchase and provide the Digital Service or Digital Good. Users are obligated to provide such information when requested.
6.3Upon completion of an order, Users can manage the order via the Client Dashboard.
6.4GameBoost acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actual service or good provided by Selling Users. However, GameBoost reserves the right to approve or disapprove sales requests by the Selling Users after examining the Digital Goods or Digital Services to maximize safety of Users
6.5Users confirm they understand the product/service they are purchasing and accept any associated risks.
6.6The Service provider reserves the right to input service fees on the Digital Goods and Digital Services offered by the Selling Users on the Website.

7.1The User declares himself entitled to conclude, execute, square and settle the Agreement through which he orders the service, which means that it is consistent with the Game Rules or has been granted by the owner of the game or other authorized entity giving permission to the individual to conclude, execute, square and settle such agreement. Otherwise, the User is obliged to stop using the website immediately.
7.2The Service Provider declares that the Website is not available to individuals who are not entitled to conclude, execute, square and settle the Agreement.
7.3If a User fails to comply or failed to comply with any of the conditions set out in paragraph, the Service Provider may terminate their agreement with immediate effect. Any Fees for such agreements will be kept by GameBoost as contractual penalties for breach of the obligation under this Article 5.

8.1Digital Services are considered complete upon fulfillment, as described on their listing (e.g., rank achieved or matches played).
8.2Digital Goods are considered delivered once account credentials or items are shared and the User gains full access.
8.3Users must report any issues immediately upon delivery, without using or modifying the delivered good or service result. Failure to promptly report an issue shall be considered a waiver of the right to refund.
8.4If a delivered Digital Good or Digital Service includes any kind of access credentials, Users are obligated to change such credential immediately upon delivery, which at minimum means change the passwords of such credentials post-service completion, in accordance with the rules and specific of individual video games. Users must follow the Service Provider’s instructions on such matters as well as instructions given in the GameBoost Help Center, accessible at: https://gameboost.com/help.

9.1All sales on the website are final.
9.2If a Digital Good or Digital Service is not delivered or not as described the User will have a right to a refund if such faults are reported immediately, and not used or modified by the User.
9.3Digital Goods (accounts) include a 14-day free warranty; optional lifetime warranty is available for an extra payment as listed on the website.
9.4Refunds can be issued, at GameBoost’s discretion:
9.4.1As store credit (minus processor fees, processed instantly)
9.4.2To the original payment method (within 7 days)
9.5Refund requests must be submitted via a ticket on the website.
9.6Refunds or compensation are only available within the warranty period.
9.7In case of a dispute, Users agree to resolve issues through GameBoost’s support system before attempting chargebacks.

10.1For certain services available through the Website, such as boosting, GameBoost reserves the right to adjust pricing or convert services (e.g., LP changes or MMR misreporting) at its discretion, where needed for fairness, considering the aleatory nature of the results of such services provided by Selling Users. The User shall be informed of such changes in advance.
10.2Specifics of why, when and how such pricing adjustments may happen and are calculated shall be available at the GameBoost Help Center, accessible at: https://gameboost.com/help and Users are obligated to refer to the Help Center.
10.3Boosting orders may be paused or modified if the User plays ranked games during service or selects incorrect LP gain.

11.1Users are obligated provide accurate account and order information.
11.2The Users agree not to to infringe third party rights of others in any way. Users are responsible and liable for following the terms of service of individual video games regarding which they are using the website. Users confirm that they have, before the performance of any transaction on the Website, familiarised themselves with the terms and conditions relating to the video game relevant to such transaction. Users warrant and represent they shall comply with all such legally binding terms.
11.3Users confirm they understand GameBoost is not affiliated with any game publisher or developer.
11.4The User acknowledges understanding that all guidelines, obligations, and conditions regarding the proper use, handling, and management of Digital Goods and Digital Services are fully detailed in the GameBoost Help Center, accessible at: https://gameboost.com/help.
11.5The Help Center is considered an integral and legally binding part of these Terms of Service. By purchasing any Digital Good or Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable usage instructions, warranty terms, refund eligibility, and service rules outlined therein.
11.6GameBoost reserves the right to update the Help Center content at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the current version of these guidelines prior to and after each purchase. Continued use of the Website implies acceptance of all updates.

12.1All Selling Users must adhere to the Seller Guide published in the Help Center. This includes account handling, product quality, and order fulfillment. The Help Center is considered an integral and legally binding part of these Terms of Service
12.2Service Provider may modify the Seller Guide from time to time.
12.3Selling Users are obligated to issue invoices for their goods or services upon request.

13.1Accepted payment methods include: Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PaysafeCard, Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, etc.), Skrill, Neteller and Rapid Transfer. Other methods of payment may be added by GameBoost from time to time.
13.2Payment confirmation is issued by GameBoost. Invoices for the Digital Goods and Digital Service themselves are the Selling User’s responsibility.

14.1Orders marked as delivered and not disputed are considered final.

14.3Requesting chargebacks on completed orders is a serious breach of these terms. Users who issue chargebacks on completed orders will be permanently banned from the website and are liable for any damages suffered by Service Provider because of an unfounded chargeback.

15.1While Service Provider puts in effort to ensure a safe and reliable platform for the transaction listed on the Website, Users acknowledge that Service Provider shall not be liable for parts of such transactions that are outside its control.
15.2Service Provider is not liable for:
15.2.1The actions of Selling Users.
15.2.2The existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised; the truth or accuracy of users’ content or listings.
15.2.3Game bans, account suspensions or other consequences performed by video game publishers or developers.
15.2.4Losses caused by User behaviour or third-party services.
15.3The features and services on the Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Service Provider hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of condition, quality, durability, performance, accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties, representations, conditions, undertakings and terms are hereby excluded.
15.4Service Provider and its affiliates, directors, officers and employees shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, business interruption, loss of information), whether in contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or otherwise, or any other damages resulting from any of the following:
15.4.1The use or the inability to use the Website;
15.4.2Any defect in goods, samples, data, information or services purchased or obtained from a User or a third–party service provider through the Website;
15.4.3Any claims or demands that User’s manufacture, importation, distribution, offer, display, purchase, sale and/or use of products or services offered or displayed on the Website may violate or may be asserted to violate third party rights; or claims by any party that they are entitled to defense or indemnification in relation to assertions of rights, demands or claims by third party rights claimants;
15.4.4Unauthorized access by third parties to data or private information of any User;
15.4.5Statements, conduct, or material posted by Users of the Website, including defamatory, offensive or illicit material; or
15.4.6Any other matter relating to the Website.
15.5Regardless of the previous provisions, if Service Provider is found to have liability, its liability is limited to the greater of a) the amount of the specific transaction in dispute, b) the amount of fees in dispute not to exceed the total fees which User paid to Gameboost in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to the liability, or c) EUR 100.00.

16.1Content, texts, photographs, designs, logos, images, software, source code, and in general any existing intellectual creation of the site, and the whole site as a multimedia artistic work, are fully protected by copyright legislation concerning intellectual property and belongs to the Service Provider.
16.2The contents included in the aforementioned website may not be reproduced in full or in part, nor transmitted or recorded by any information retrieval system, under any support or media.
16.3Service Provider claims no ownership of intellectual property regarding any video game listed on its Website, nor the intellectual property of any video game producer, publisher or distributor or any of their affiliates’. All copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
16.4GameBoost is not endorsed by any video game producer, publisher or distributor, including and does not reflect their views or opinions or anyone officially involved in producing or managing any of the video games listed on the Website.
16.5Each User hereby represents, warrants and agrees that it has obtained all necessary third party copyright, trademark, trade secret or patent licenses and permissions, or such other licenses or permissions as may be required in connection with any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party (including but not limited to rights of personality and rights of privacy), for any material or information it posts on the Website. Each User hereby represents, warrants and agrees that it shall be solely responsible for ensuring that any material or information it posts on the Website does not, and that the products represented thereby do not, violate any third party rights, or is posted with the permission of the owner(s) of such rights. Each User hereby represents, warrants and agrees that it has the right to manufacture, offer, sell, import and distribute the products it offers and displays on the Website, and that such manufacture, offer, sale, importation and/or distribution of those products violates no third party rights
16.6Without limiting the foregoing, nothing in these Terms authorizes the use of the Website, Digital Goods, Digital Services, or your account in any manner to develop, train, enhance, or provide source material for, or promote, any Generative AI Tools; and for the avoidance of doubt, any such uses are hereby explicitly prohibited. “Generative AI Tools” means any tool or computer program that uses algorithms or technology commonly known as artificial intelligence or machine learning to create or generate content such as, but not limited to, software code, written text, still or moving images, musical works, human voice emulation, audio material, or other creative works based on text, image, sound prompts, or other inputs.

18.1Service Provider may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or harmful behavior.
18.2The agreement between the User and Service Provider, may be terminated by The Service Provider, if the User doesn’t provide any actions by 90 days, such as: not providing sufficient information mentioned in points 6.5., not contacting with The Booster/Coach/Selling User for 90 days or more, pausing the Boost/Coaching for 90 days or more, not logging into his profile for 90 days or more.
18.3The agreement between the User and the Service Provider, may be terminated by The Service Provider if the User breached or is breaching the following General Terms and Conditions of the Website.
18.4If the Service Provider terminates the agreement, unused credit will be deducted as an administration fee.

We can suspend or end accounts for rule breaches, fraud, or long inactivity. If we end your account, any unused credit is kept as an administration fee and won’t be refunded.

19.1The laws of the Republic of Croatia shall apply to these Terms, all agreements between Service Provider and the User and all other related matters.
19.2Users agree to contact GameBoost support before taking any external action regarding a dispute, using the Websites support system. If the dispute is not resolved, the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia is stipulated.

20.1By using the Website, Users agree to all published terms, including those in the Help Center.
20.2If any provision herein is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
20.3Any updated Terms are effective within 3 days of being published on the Website.
