Civilization V: Scrambled Continents is a map pack DLC for Sid Meier's Civilization V. It introduces maps for different geographic regions around the world with exact outlines. For variety however, the interiors are randomized for each game. The included regions are Africa, Antarctica, Eastern Asia, North and South America, the Middle East, and Western Europe. It also contains new scripted maps for Small Continents and Oceania, plus one map including all of Earth's continents.
The Wonders of the Ancient World Scenario Pack adds three new wonders to Sid Meier’s Civilization V: The Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, the Statue of Zeus, and the Temple of Artemis. Each of these early wonders brings powerful benefits to the civilization which can construct them!

It covers the Nile River valley to the west and extends east along the Tigris and Euphrates river valleys to the Persian Gulf. The map reflects the historical geography of this area. Players can use random leaders or select leaders relevant to the region’s history. The map is also accessible in the World Builder tool for creating custom scenarios.
The Cradle of Civilization Map Pack: Mediterranean includes a single-player map focused on the Mediterranean region. It features the geographic layout of the area, highlighting key coastal and inland features relevant to ancient civilizations. Players can choose random leaders or leaders tied to the historical context of the region. The map is also compatible with the World Builder tool for creating custom scenarios.
The Explorer’s Map Pack for Civilization V includes ten single-player maps. Five are newly created, based on real-world locations—Amazon, Caribbean, Africa, Bering Strait, and Northwest Passage—designed to reflect the general layout and features of each region. The other five—Sandstorm, Ice Age, Haunted, Highlands, and Oasis—are scripted thematic maps with randomized elements to offer varied gameplay across multiple sessions.
