Communication was very slow. Every time I asked for a refund—since I no longer wanted the account—they would ignore me, simply claiming that their team was working on a replacement account. But I didn’t want that; I just wanted my money back.

I was calculating the whole session, Once you entered the lobby the time starts. My host was taking 5-7mins to queue every game and that shouldn’t be counted.
They also say waiting time 19mins and waited a whole hour.

Bad lobbys, bots running around, you have to search them 24/7 very inefficient. Also long Waiting time inbetween lobbys, 1hour bought, and I've waited 30 minutes of it. Poor experience
