The issue occurs when a seller unlinks a third-party account (such as PlayStation or Xbox) from an Epic Games account without first canceling any active third-party subscriptions (e.g., an Xbox subscription like Fortnite Crew). If the Xbox account is unlinked while the subscription is still active, you can no longer manage it: you can’t cancel it through the Epic Games website or from a newly linked PlayStation account. But the account is as described.
