I do have access to the account now, but the whole process was extremely frustrating. First, the password was incorrect, then the email address was wrong, and there was also a phone number linked to the account, which made it impossible for me to log in properly.
I was also promised a 20% discount on any other account I would ever purchase from him because of all these issues. However, I am not receiving that discount now either.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
