Adopt Me Halloween Update 2025: Everything You Need to Know

The Halloween Event in Adopt Me kicked off on October 3 and is running until November 1. As with every year, the update brings limited-time pets, themed activities, and exclusive rewards that disappear once the event ends. The map has received a seasonal overhaul, and players have a new way to earn event currency by completing specific challenges.
This year’s event has a different setup compared to what players might expect. The layout, the characters involved, and the method for unlocking rewards have all changed. Everything included in this update is tied directly to the 2025 version, with no recycled content from past years.
In this guide, you’ll find a full breakdown of the Adopt Me Halloween Event, including event area, mini-games, limited-time pets, and this year’s event currency.
Patchy’s Arcade and How the Event Works?

The heart of this year’s Halloween event is Patchy’s Arcade, taking over the usual space of the Playground. This new area brings everything together in one location, removing the need to search the map for activities. From the moment you enter, you’re placed in the middle of the event zone, surrounded by Halloween decor, interactive characters, and the main mini-game of the update.
At the center of the arcade is a mini-game called the Hauntlet. It's a survival challenge where you move through a series of rooms by choosing between three doors. Each door leads to a different outcome. Some give you rewards like Candy Corn or Bucks, others trigger traps or monster attacks, and a few contain useful items that help you stay in the game longer. The deeper you go, the tougher it gets. If you manage to reach room 50, you're rewarded with a Yarn Apple. This item plays a role later in the event when unlocking one of the limited-time pets.
This design replaces the open-ended structure of past Halloween events. Instead of wandering through scattered zones, you’re encouraged to replay the Hauntlet, collect event currency, and work toward exclusive unlocks. The arcade acts as both the hub and the challenge, keeping everything organized and easy to access.
Adopt Me Halloween Event: All Limited-Time Rewards

All items released during the 2025 Halloween Event are time-limited and tied directly to this update. Each one can be earned with Candy Corn or Bucks inside Patchy’s Arcade and will be removed from the game after November 1.
Adopt Me Obtainable Halloween Pets
Everything released during this year’s Halloween Event is temporary. Once the update ends on November 1, all pets, items, and event-themed cosmetics will be removed from the game.
New Adopt Me Halloween Pets & Accessories
There are four Halloween pets available this year, and each one is unlocked in a different way.
Patchy Bear — Uncommon, 10,000 Candy Corn
Skelebat — Ultra-Rare, 76,000 Candy Corn
Kitty Bat — Legendary, unlocked by feeding Yarn Apples
Phantom Dragon — Legendary, unlocked through the "Scale the Organ!" activity near the hospital, and becomes available for purchase once that segment is completed.
Patchy Bear and Skelebat can be purchased directly. The Kitty Bat requires Yarn Apples earned from The Hauntlet, while the Phantom Dragon is tied to an activity near the hospital.
A new pet accessory called the Ghostly Opera Glasses has also been introduced in Adopt Me. This accessory is classified as Uncommon and is priced at 1,900 Candy. It can be purchased from the shop during the Halloween event and features a design that reflects the spooky theme of the season.
Adopt Me: Halloween Toys and Vehicles
The new Halloween toy and vehicle selections include the Glimmering Ivory Pet Paint, a Keyboard Leash, and the Keyboard Skateboard. All three are sold inside Patchy’s Arcade and must be purchased with Candy Corn. These items are purely cosmetic but fit the event’s theme and are only available during the 2025 update.
Halloween Event Furniture and Decor in Adopt Me
Players can decorate their homes with themed furniture pieces sold inside Patchy’s Arcade.
Haunted Cupboard — 2,500 Candy Corn
Haunted Sofa Set — 3,250 Candy Corn
Haunted Piano — 4,200 Candy Corn
Opera Poster — 4,000 Candy Corn
Additionally, one sticker is obtainable during the event. The Made It Out Sticker is a Legendary item earned for free by completing The Hauntlet. It cannot be purchased or found elsewhere. All items match the event’s design style and won’t be available once the update ends.

Halloween Activities and Weekly Changes in Adopt Me

All Halloween content in Adopt Me is available from the first day of the event. Unlike previous years, there’s no weekly rollout or delayed feature drops. Players have access to every item, pet, mini-game, and activity starting from Week 1, and nothing is locked behind future updates.
Timed activities help keep the arcade feeling active. One of them is the Headless Horseman’s Grab Bag, which can be opened once every ten minutes. Each time you open a bag, you’ll receive a random item or reward. Candy Corn is the most common drop, but there’s also a chance to receive Yarn Apples, which are used elsewhere in the event.
Another recurring activity involves the Kitty Bat, a pet that can only be tamed during short time windows. Twice every hour, Kitty Bats appear for three minutes. During that time, you can offer them Yarn Apples to fill a progress bar. You don’t need to complete it in one session, as the meter saves your progress between logins. Once the bar reaches 100 percent, the Kitty Bat becomes yours.
The Hauntlet also includes a set of random items that appear during runs and change how far you can progress. These include Monster Repellant, which keeps enemies away for a few rooms, and the Rainbow Wand, which helps you escape dangerous situations. Some doors can only be opened with keys like the Golden Key, and a few healing items like the Heart Potion and Golden Heart Potion appear at higher levels. These tools are temporary and only work within the session where they appear.
Final Words
This year’s Halloween event brings a more structured and focused experience to Adopt Me. Patchy’s Arcade replaces the usual seasonal map layout, turning everything into a single hub filled with themed challenges, items, and collectibles. The Hauntlet adds risk and reward to every run, while the Grab Bag and Kitty Bat taming give players extra reasons to keep coming back. Once the event ends on November 1, none of it will remain, so every reward unlocked before then counts.
