Gave my a "Starter Account" for solo leveling. Got the acoount and found out it was level 61. Asked for an exchange and get a real starter account. Seller said i cannot exchange the account based on different perception of "Starter account". This dude isn't professional at all and lies in his titles. Bad experience , will not recommend at all.
