Poor service and communication. The initial automated account credentials did not work. After contacting the seller, I was told it would only take "a few mins," but I ended up waiting for over 2.5 hours past midnight. The seller frequently ignored me while being online and even left me on seen twice without providing updates. While a replacement was eventually offered, the long wait and lack of reliable communication made this a very frustrating experience
