Method

To do a birdhouse run, you will need 4 logs, a chisel, hammer, Digsite Pendant, a teleport out, and seeds. If it's your first run, bring 4 clockworks as well. Start by teleporting to Fossil Island using your pendant, then click on the Magic Mush Tree to teleport to Verdant Valley. Use your logs on the clockworks to create your birdhouse traps and place them in their respective spots. After placing the traps, click on your seeds and then click on the birdhouse to fill it up. There are two spots in Verdant Valley, so make sure to place a trap at both locations.
Once that’s done, head back to the Magic Mush Tree and teleport to Mushroom Meadow. The first birdhouse spot will be just to the north of you—place a trap there. Afterward, run south all the way to the entrance of the Tar Swamp and place your trap there as well. Once you’ve placed all the traps, you’re done! These traps will catch birds every 50 minutes, so you can repeat this run every 50 minutes for maximum efficiency.
