Changing your character's race in Blox Fruits can be done through several methods, each with different costs and outcomes.

1. Using Tort NPC

Tort offers race-changing services at specific locations in the game. Find Tort in the Second Sea at the Café or in the Third Sea at the Mansion. Each reroll costs 3,000 Fragments and randomly assigns one of four races: Human, Rabbit, Shark, or Angel.

Note: This method cannot give you Cyborg, Ghoul, or Draco races.

2. Purchasing Race Change with Robux

If you prefer using the premium currency option, you can change your race directly through the game shop. The process is simple:

  1. Access the in-game Shop

  2. Go to the Products section

  3. Select the Change Race option

  4. Pay 90 Robux per reroll

This method randomly changes your race to Human, Rabbit, Shark, or Angel, identical to the Tort method's pool of possible races.

How to Obtain Ghoul, Draco, & Cyborg Races

a picture of Ghoul, Draco, and Cyborg races in Blox Fruits

These three special races cannot be obtained through standard race-changing methods. Instead, players must complete specific quests to unlock them.

1. Ghoul

Ghoul can only be obtained through a specific quest line in the Second Sea.

Requirements:

  • Level 1000+ to access the Cursed Ship area

  • 100 Ectoplasm

  • 1 Hellfire Torch

To get the Ghoul race, first go to the Cursed Ship near Graveyard Island in the Second Sea. You'll need to be at least Level 1000 to access this area. Once there, defeat the Ship Deckhands and the Ship Engineers to collect 100 Ectoplasm. Next, wait for the Cursed Captain to spawn, which happens every third night. Defeat him to obtain the Hellfire Torch. Finally, find the Experimic NPC in the Cursed Ship's kitchen area and trade your 100 Ectoplasm and Hellfire Torch to unlock the Ghoul race.

2. Draco

Draco is a powerful race option that requires significant progression in the Third Sea and mastery of dragon-related skills.

Requirements:

  • Level 1500+ to access the Third Sea

  • 500 Mastery in Dragon Talon fighting style

  • Black Dojo Belt

  • 1 Dragon Egg

To obtain the Draco race, visit the Dragon Dojo on Hydra Island in the Third Sea and speak with the Dojo Trainer NPC. The trainer offers three quests every 12 hours - you'll need to complete all eight quests to earn the Black Dojo Belt. After getting the Black Belt, talk to the Dragon Wizard NPC at the Dragon Dojo to learn the Dragon Tether ability, which lets you collect Dragon Eggs. Exchange one Dragon Egg with the Dragon Wizard to unlock the Draco race. Once unlocked, you can switch to Draco anytime without additional Dragon Eggs or Fragments.

3. Cyborg

Cyborg race requires completing a specific puzzle and raid sequence in the Second Sea.

Requirements:

  • Fist of Darkness (from Sea Beasts or chests in Second Sea)

  • Core Brain (from Order Boss)

  • Access to the Hot and Cold island in the Second Sea

To unlock the Cyborg race, first obtain a Fist of Darkness by defeating Sea Beasts or searching chests throughout the Second Sea. Take the Fist to Hot and Cold island and find the raid terminal in the laboratory. Make sure you're not holding the Fist of Darkness in your hand, then interact with the terminal to insert it. This activates the Order Raid. Complete the raid by defeating the Order Boss, who has a chance to drop a Core Brain. Once you have the Core Brain, return to the laboratory at Hot and Cold island and insert it into the terminal to unlock the Cyborg race for your character.
