To spawn Rip Indra, you need the three legendary Aura Colors: Snow White, Pure Red, and Winter Sky. You also need a God's Chalice, which you can farm by defeating Elite Pirates or server hopping to find chests across the Third Sea.
Once you have the items ready, follow these steps:
Head to the Castle on the Sea in the Third Sea.
Press the Snow White button near the outer towers, the Pure Red button near the central building, and the Winter Sky button on the roof of the central building.

Travel to Mirage Island and climb to one of its highest peaks.
Activate your race's V3 ability while looking at the moon with a Mirror Fractal in your inventory. You will see a message: "Your Mirror Fractal has resonated with the moon."
Find the Blue Gear on Mirage Island. It spawns at certain locations around the island. You must touch it before night ends.
Head to the Temple of Time and take the left hallway instead of going forward, and interact with the hidden lever on the wall. This permanently unlocks access to the trial system.
Wait for a full moon and bring two other players, each from a different race, at V3 or above. All three must stand in front of their Trial Room doors and activate their Race Ability simultaneously to open them.
