Raider's Refuge is straightforward. The key is inside the building in a vehicle container. Enter from any entrance, locate the vehicle container, breach it, and the key will be inside.

Pilgrim’s Peak

Pilgrim's Peak requires you to get inside the building and head to the zipline. Take it to the second floor, where you'll find red containers. The key is inside one of these containers.
