Pressure Roblox Monsters and How to Survive Each One

Pressure Roblox Monsters and How to Survive Each One

Pressure Roblox is an underwater horror game where you work your way down through the Hadal Blacksite, a deep-sea research facility packed with monsters you can't fight. It is one of the best-known horror games on Roblox, with close to 500 million visits.

Most monsters give themselves away with a sound, a flicker, or a visual cue, and reading those signals is the whole skill. If you enjoyed Forsaken, this one swaps the killer for a facility full of them, and DOORS players will know the hide-and-listen routine. This guide covers how a run works, the main monsters, and the habits that keep you alive.

Pressure Roblox Summary

  • A run goes from the first room to Room 100, then through The Ridge to a submarine escape.

  • Hide in a locker when the lights flicker and the sound gets close.

  • Froger passes through the room three times, so hide again for each return.

  • Chainsmoker's smoke pushes you out of lockers, so wait until it is close before hiding.

  • Look at a Wall Dweller to drive it off, and don't stare at an Eyefestation.

  • Research buys gear from Sebastian mid-run and adds to your Kroner reward afterward.

How Does a Run in Pressure Work?

Hadal Blacksite Pressure Location

A Pressure run is a descent through the numbered rooms of the Hadal Blacksite, ending at Room 100 and the control room. After that comes The Ridge, a final stretch of 13 unnumbered rooms, and a last Searchlights encounter before you reach the submarine out.

Some doors need a keycard, and a Code Breacher can bypass a keycard slot. Research is scattered through rooms as loot, and you spend it at Sebastian’s shop, which turns up around the halfway point. Research you collect also counts toward your Kroner reward at the end of a run (1 Kroner per 25 Research), and Kroner stays on your account.

Kroner pays for gear before the next run and for Ferryman's Tokens, which revive you once per run. A second revive costs Robux, and revives don't work after The Ridge or during a threat. The Half A Slice Of Cake update in spring 2026 also added modifiers that make runs harder.

Hide right away; it is the fastest

Chainsmoker

The first five rows are the Angler family, and Pandemonium also starts with a flicker, so telling them apart by sound is the core skill.

Angler

Angler Pressure Monster

Angler gives a brief light flicker, then a loud screech as it closes in. Get into a locker and stay there until it has passed.

Pinkie

Pinkie Pressure Monster

Pinkie screeches with no flicker before it, so the sound is your only warning. Hide right away, since it passes through only once.

Froger

Froger Pressure Monster

Froger flickers the lights like Angler, but its sound lingers. It passes through the room three times, so stay near a locker and hide again for each return. Leaving after the first pass is a common death.

Blitz

Blitz Pressure Monster

Blitz gives two flickers and a low drone, then a roar. It is the fastest of the family, so hide the moment you hear the drone.

Chainsmoker

Chainsmoker Pressure Monster

Rattling chains and green smoke mark Chainsmoker. Its smoke pushes you out of lockers, so wait until it is close before you hide.

Pandemonium

Pandemonium Pressure Monster

Pandemonium starts with a brief flicker and a slow approach that sounds like Chainsmoker without the chains. Hide where it can't see you, or win the locker mini-game if it finds you.

Eyefestation

Eyefestation Pressure Monster

Eyefestation shows up in rooms with windows or tubes. Don't look at it, and keep moving through the room.

Squiddles

Squiddles Pressure Monster

Squiddles waits in very dark rooms. Turn your light off or point it away from Squiddles until you are past it.

Good People

Good People Pressure Monster

Good People hide behind fake doors, and you can hear them breathing on the other side. Listen for sound and look for sparks before you open a door.

Wall Dwellers

Wall Dweller Pressure Monster

Extra footsteps behind you mean a Wall Dweller is following. Turn and look at it until it retreats.

Void-Mass

Void-Mass Pressure Monster

Void-Mass hides inside lockers and gives itself away with a purple glow. Pick another locker whenever you see it.

Searchlights

Searchlights Pressure Monster

Searchlights is a Grand Encounter in a random room between 56 and 80. A solo player repairs five generators, up to 15 in large groups, and the finale swaps them for 7 to 20 cables on the ocean floor. Repair when the beam faces away, and break line of sight before it turns back.

Mr. Lopee, Trenchbleeder and Parasites

Mr. Lopee, Trenchbleeder and Parasites Pressure Monsters

In multiplayer, Mr. Lopee punishes anyone who falls behind the group, and underwater sections add Trenchbleeder and Parasites. Stay out from under a Trenchbleeder's feet, and get back to the Blacksite or a green light to shake Parasites off.

Items and Tips for Your First Pressure Runs

Most monsters have a distinct sound, and catching a Blitz’s low drone a second earlier is often the difference between a locker and a death screen.

Buy a Flashlight and some Batteries before the run, and save Code Breachers for late rooms, where monsters show up more often.

Kroner packs can also be bought with Robux, and GameBoost carries Robux and Roblox gift cards if you would rather skip the grind for revives. Mascot horror fans can also try Dandy’s World, where Twisteds chase you between Machines.

FAQs About Pressure Roblox

How many rooms are in Pressure?

The main route runs to Room 100, followed by The Ridge, a final stretch of 13 rooms, before the escape.

How do you survive Angler in Pressure?

Hide in a locker when the lights flicker and its sound gets close, not too early, and stay in until it has passed.

How do you beat Searchlights in Pressure?

Repair the generators when the beam faces away, and break line of sight before it turns back toward you.

Can you revive in Pressure?

Yes. A Ferryman’s Token, bought with Kroner, revives you once per run; a second revive costs Robux. Revives don't work after The Ridge.

Final Words

Sound does more work in Pressure than sight. Many deaths come from misreading which monster a flicker belongs to, so learning each monster's sound pays off faster than any gear.

Froger and Chainsmoker punish players who leave lockers early or hide too soon, and Pandemonium punishes any hiding spot it can see.

Still mixing up the sounds? Play your first runs with friends, turn the volume up, and keep a few Kroner aside for a Ferryman's Token before you try modifiers.
