Ghost Face Fortnite Skin and How to Get It

The Ghost Face Fortnite skin brought the masked killer from Scream into the game for Halloween, and it has returned to the Item Shop four times since launch.

Fortnite sells the outfit under its official name, Ghost Face, and it arrived during Fortnitemares 2025 with a pickaxe, a back bling, and an emote.

Below, you'll find when Ghost Face launched, what the bundle includes, every shop return so far, and how to get the skin next.

Ghost Face Fortnite Skin Summary

• The Ghost Face Fortnite skin hit the Item Shop on October 10, 2025, during Fortnitemares 2025 in Chapter 6 Season 4.

• The outfit costs 1,500 V-Bucks, and the full Ghost Face bundle costs 2,000 V-Bucks.

• The Ghost Face's Hunting Knife pickaxe and Ghost Face's Kit back bling come as one 600 V-Bucks item, and the Knife Cleaner emote costs 300 V-Bucks.

• Ghost Face has returned to the shop several times, most recently from October 7 to 11, 2026.

• The skin wasn't in the Item Shop on November 5, 2026, and Epic hasn't announced its next date.

When Did Ghost Face Come to Fortnite?

Ghost Face came to Fortnite on October 10, 2025, when Epic added the Ghost Face outfit to the Item Shop. Shop trackers log it as October 11, since the shop date changes at midnight UTC.

The drop landed during Fortnitemares 2025 in Chapter 6 Season 4, a few days after update v37.50 turned the island toward Halloween. It joined a crowded horror lineup that also included the Scooby-Doo Fortnite skins and, later that month, Huggy Wuggy.

Inside matches, a Mythic item called Last Call let players turn into the killer during Fortnitemares 2025, and Beebom noted that the transformation used the same look as the shop outfit.

What Was in the Ghost Face Bundle?

The Ghost Face bundle includes the outfit, a pickaxe with a matching back bling, and an emote, and it costs 2,000 V-Bucks. Bought one by one, the same items add up to 2,400 V-Bucks.

Gfinity reports that the Hunting Knife pickaxe and the Kit back bling sell as one item, so you can't buy only one of them. The pickaxe copies the knife from the films.

Like most bundles from the biggest Fortnite collabs, it costs less than the items combined, so it's the cheapest way to get everything. Our guide to how much V-Bucks cost shows which pack covers 2,000 V-Bucks.

How to Get Ghost Face Now

You can only get Ghost Face when Epic rotates him back into the Item Shop. Shop trackers have logged five separate runs since launch, and the most recent one ran from October 7 to 11, 2026, at the same prices.

Three of his five runs fell in October, the same pattern that brings back Skull Trooper most years, though the February and June runs show he can appear outside October too. Checking when Fortnitemares starts gives you the best odds. Fortnitemares 2026 also brought Dek from Predator: Badlands, and our Predator Fortnite skin guide explains how he differs from the 2021 original.

Watch the official Item Shop page after the daily Item Shop reset time, and keep 2,000 V-Bucks ready for the bundle.

Between reruns, Ghost Face accounts that already own the outfit are the other option, and our Fortnite items cover cosmetics you can grab right away.

Final Words

Ghost Face has had five shop runs in about a year, two of them outside Halloween.

The bundle saves 400 over buying each item and gets you the outfit, the knife, and the emote in one purchase.

Fortnitemares 2027 is the likeliest next window, but his spring and summer runs mean any reset could bring him back.
