Released on October 11, 2025, during Chapter 6 Season 4, the skin introduces the iconic Scream franchise character to the game as part of Fortnitemares 2025. The bundle includes the Hunting Knife as a harvesting tool, a back bling featuring the knife, an aged version of the Ghostface mask, and a Woodsboro High textbook, along with an emote that replicates the character's iconic knife-wiping gesture from the movies. Individual items are available for separate purchase, with the harvesting tool and back bling sold together for 600 V-Bucks, and the emote priced at 300 V-Bucks.

During the Fortnitemares 2025 event, players could access the Last Call mythic weapon by picking up phones from Stalkbox locations scattered across the map.
