Players could only obtain Indigo Kuno by placing high in the Fortnite Generations Cup. This tournament was exclusive to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players, requiring accounts to have two-factor authentication enabled and reach at least level 30.
The distribution varied by region. Europe awarded the skin to the top 2,400 players, NA East to the top 1,500, while NA West and Brazil each awarded 600 players.
