Rogue Agent is an Epic outfit first released on March 27, 2018, as Fortnite's first-ever Starter Pack. Available during Chapter 1 Season 3, the pack cost $4.99 and included the Rogue Agent skin, Catalyst Back Bling, and 600 V-Bucks.

On September 14, 2018, Rogue Agent was a surprise addition to the Item Shop priced at 1,500 V-Bucks. This was the only occasion a Starter Pack skin was sold separately in the shop. The skin has not appeared since September 2018, making it extremely rare.

Rogue Agent represents the beginning of Fortnite's Starter Pack system. Each season afterward introduced new Starter Packs, but none ever returned to the Item Shop like Rogue Agent did. This one-time exception makes it historically significant among Fortnite cosmetics.
