How to Check Your Stats in League of Legends (2026)

How to Check Your Stats in League of Legends (2026)

League of Legends tracks your performance across multiple systems, but finding all of them isn't always straightforward. Your rank, champion mastery, and challenge progress are each stored in different places, and the in-game client doesn't exactly present them in one spot.

Each stat lives somewhere slightly different, and some require third-party tools to get the full picture. In this article, we'll explore how to check your rank, champion mastery, and challenge stats in League of Legends, and where to find more detailed breakdowns beyond the client.

How to Check Your Ranked Stats

Your rank is the most straightforward stat to find. You can check it directly from the client by clicking your profile and navigating to either the Overview or Ranked tab. From there, you'll see your current tier and division across all queues (Solo/Duo or Flex)

If you want more detail, third-party sites like OP.GG and U.GG give you a more complete picture. Beyond just your current rank, they show your LP history, win rate, rank progression over time, and even your estimated MMR, none of which the client displays on its own.

How to Check Your Champion Mastery

Champion Mastery is a progression system that tracks how much time and skill you've put into each champion. Every game you play earns you Mastery Points, and as those points accumulate, your mastery level on that champion increases. Mastery Crests evolve as your level does, and once you hit level 11 and beyond, the crest displays your actual mastery level number. It's essentially a reflection of how deeply invested you are in a specific champion.

Champion mastery is accessible through the Collection tab in the client. Select any champion individually, and you'll see their mastery level, total mastery points, and your milestone progress for the current split. It works, but it's a slow way to get an overview if you want to see your mastery across all champions at once.

For a broader view, tools like MasteryChart let you look up your league account and see every champion's mastery level in one place, visualizing your mastery data through interactive charts, making it easier to spot where you've spent the most time.

It's also worth knowing that mastery points can be earned across all matchmaking queues, including Summoner's Rift normals, ranked, ARAM, and rotating game modes, including Arena.

How to Check Your Challenges

Challenges are free achievements in League of Legends that let players chase unique objectives and customize their profiles. There are hundreds of them spread across five categories, Expertise, Veterancy, Collection, Imagination, and Teamwork & Strategy, and each one can be leveled from Iron all the way up to Challenger.

Completing challenges earns you Challenge Points, tokens you can display on your profile, and titles you can equip. Your overall progress across all challenges is reflected in your Crystal rank, which is what other players see when they visit your profile.

All of this is tracked within the Challenges tab in the client, accessible through your profile. From there, you can see your Crystal rank, your progress within each category, and individual Challenge Cards that show exactly what's required to level each one up.

Your Crystal rank displays on your profile border, lobby, and loading screen. You can also equip up to three tokens earned from completed challenges, and unlock profile titles tied to specific milestones. There's also a search bar within the Challenges tab that lets you find any challenge by name or by the criteria it tracks. You can filter challenges within each category by group, time earned, rarity, or tier.

Final Words

Checking your stats in League of Legends isn't limited to one place. Your rank can be found in the client, but is better analyzed through third-party tools like OP.GG. Mastery is viewable per champion in the Collection tab, but sites like MasteryChart give you the full picture at a glance. For Challenges, the tab itself is detailed enough to track everything you need. Between all three systems, you have more than enough data to understand where you stand and where to improve.
