Fortnite Leaks, Upcoming Skins and the Next Big Collabs

Fortnite leaks usually show up days or weeks before Epic says a word, and right now there are plenty of them. A new mini-season starts on November 1, a handful of music collabs are being teased, and a leaked schedule maps out the road to Chapter 8.
Fortnite players follow leaks for a practical reason: knowing which Fortnite leaked skins are close tells you whether to spend V-Bucks now or wait.
This page separates what Epic has confirmed from what leakers claim, and we update it after every patch.
Fortnite Leaks Summary
Treasure Hunters starts on November 1, 2026, and Epic has confirmed a One Piece crossover.
The Treasure Hunters trailer shows seven One Piece characters, but Epic hasn't said which are in the Battle Pass.
A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert, Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto all appear in Treasure Hunters coverage, without release dates.
Monarcha is the leaked Crew skin for November.
A leaked schedule points to a November 12 update, Chapter 8 on December 5, and Winterfest on December 17.
What Epic Has Confirmed for Treasure Hunters
Epic has confirmed two things so far: Treasure Hunters launches on November 1, 2026, and it brings a One Piece crossover. The official Fortnite account teased both in late October, ahead of the v43.00 update that ends the Override season.
The Treasure Hunters trailer, posted on October 27, shows Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Buggy, and Ace. It also shows a skull-shaped island and Luffy's Gum-Gum attacks as a Mythic.
Which One Piece characters land in the Battle Pass and which go to the Item Shop is still unannounced, and early reports disagree on the split. Our One Piece collab guide tracks the details as they firm up.
Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto also appear in the trailer, with no date from Epic for either.
Leaked Fortnite Skins and Collabs Coming Next
Four Fortnite upcoming skins and upcoming Fortnite collabs have real backing right now, from official teasers to file finds:
Skin or collab | Status | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
A$AP Rocky | Teased by Epic | Shown in the Treasure Hunters trailer |
Lil Uzi Vert | Teased by Epic | In-game teaser from October 22, no date yet |
Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto | Teased by Epic | Shown in the Treasure Hunters trailer |
Monarcha (Crew) | Leaked | Found in v42.40 files, shared by HYPEX |
A$AP Rocky looks closest to release, since he shows up in the season trailer, though Epic hasn't said whether he joins the Icon Series or the Battle Pass.
Monarcha, a dark queen outfit from a Dark Monarch set, is the leaked November Crew skin. The November Fortnite Crew pack is expected to go live on the evening of October 31 in US time zones, so Epic's own reveal should come with it.
Lil Uzi Vert has no date yet either. Teased skins can land at any point in a season, and file finds sometimes sit in the game for months before release.
Leaked Update Schedule Through December
A data-mined 2026 update schedule shared by HYPEX in September is the main source for the next few weeks. Epic hasn't confirmed any of these dates:
Date | What the leak says |
|---|---|
November 1 | Override ends, Treasure Hunters begins |
November 12 | Mid-season update |
December 4 | Fortnite OG's current season ends |
December 5 | Chapter 8 begins |
December 17 | Winterfest 2026 starts |
November 1 is the only date Epic has backed up. The rest becomes real only once it shows up on Fortnite's official news page.
December looks busiest, since the Chapter 8 release date and the start of Winterfest 2026 both sit in the same two weeks, which usually means a packed Item Shop. December also brings fan-made recaps like Fortnite Wrapped, which arrived in early to mid-December in each of the last two years.
How Do Fortnite Leaks Work?

Fortnite leaks come from dataminers who dig through the game files after each update. Epic ships upcoming cosmetics, weapons, and map pieces early, and leakers such as HYPEX and ShiinaBR read those files and post what they find.
Much of that content is encrypted until close to release. Leakers often see a name or a file path first, then images and full details once Epic unlocks the files, which explains why some leaks arrive in pieces.
Leaked cosmetics aren't promises. Epic delays items, reworks them, or cuts them entirely, and fake leak accounts post invented dates for clicks. Check the Item Shop reset time on the day a leak claims, then judge it by what actually shows up.
Topping up V-Bucks or redeeming a Fortnite gift card ahead of time covers a surprise drop. Fortnite items lists show cosmetics you can get right now. Check how much V-Bucks cost before a busy December.

Final Words
The leaked dates matter more than the leaked skins right now. If November 12 and December 5 hold, the next six weeks bring a mid-season update, a new chapter, and Winterfest back-to-back.
A$AP Rocky and Lil Uzi Vert suggest Epic is leaning harder into rappers heading into Chapter 8.
Treat every unconfirmed date as a maybe, and check back once Treasure Hunters goes live.
