An Eternal Trait is genuinely rare, landing at roughly a 0.10% drop rate, making it the hardest of the 21 total Traits to land through normal rerolling.
The difference between a Stat Chip and a Super Stat Chip is that a Stat Chip rerolls a unit's entire stat spread at once, while a Super Stat Chip targets and rerolls one specific stat instead.
