GTA V PS4 Accounts for Sale
A GTA V PS4 account is a GTA Online profile on PlayStation 4, with its rank, GTA$ balance, vehicles, outfits, and properties tied to the PSN profile and Rockstar Social Club account. These accounts run the PS4 version of GTA V, which is separate from the Expanded and Enhanced edition that launched on PS5 on March 15, 2022. What GTA V PS4 Accounts Include
Live listings fall into a few clear tiers:
Cash-focused accounts. Low to mid rank (roughly 3 to 100) with balances from a few million up to 1 billion in cash.
Loaded accounts. About 10 to 20 modded cars and 5 to 15 modded outfits, often with full access and a free name change.
High-end accounts. Rare older accounts with tuned car collections, maxed stats, and balances in the hundreds of billions, sometimes with dual characters.
Many listings quote cash and assets separately, such as 50M cash plus 150M assets, so check which figure is the spendable balance. Accounts can also be browsed by Pure Cash, Billion, All Unlocks, Male, and Female characters. Buyers after the maximum rank can look at Level 8000 accounts.
PS4 Version vs PS5 Version
GTA Online is still updated on PS4, and Rockstar's April 2026 Title Update 1.72 lists PS4 among the supported platforms. Some content is current-gen only, though. Hao's Special Works vehicles and upgrades are exclusive to PS5, Xbox Series, and PC (Enhanced), and so are recent additions such as the Vehicle Workshop. PS4 and PS5 players also cannot share a session once a profile has been migrated, because each version keeps its own progress.
Migrating a GTA V PS4 Account to PS5
Rockstar allows a one-time migration from PS4 to PS5:
The migration is started from the GTA Online landing page or the Pause Menu (Online, then Migrate Profile) after signing in on the PS5.
Characters, GTA$, progression, stats, vehicles, properties, weapons, clothing, and player-created jobs come across.
The PS4 profile stays on the PS4 after migration, and progress is not synced between the two.
Purchased GTA$ transfers within the PlayStation family, and earned GTA$ transfers regardless of platform.
Some profiles are ineligible, including suspended or banned ones, profiles with illegitimate or insufficient progress, and profiles that have already been migrated.
Progress cannot be migrated between PS4 and PC.
Since June 18, 2026, PS4 owners have also been able to upgrade to the PS5 version at no cost. A buyer planning to move to PS5 can also look at PS5 accounts directly.
What to Check Before Buying
The platform tag. Make sure the listing is actually a PS4 account.
Cash versus assets. Check which figure is the spendable balance.
Rank and title. Compare the level field with the title and screenshots.
Access. Many listings include full access, but email and login details vary.
