False credentials and terrible communication.

Fake listing / bait-and-switch. Bought a Plat account with 95 champs & 50 skins. They immediately said they didn't have it (fake advertisement). After waiting over an hour, they asked if Gold would do. They delivered a massive downgrade: Gold 4 with silver history, only 30 champs, 7k BE, and 3 skins from 2011. Keeping it only because I already set it up and played, but never would've bought if I knew it was a lie. Better/cheaper options exist.
