Today, I have neither the account in question nor my money => theft. He even changed the mail / password of the 2nd account that he gave me "as an apologize",

First account he have me was wrong username,an account they had already sold, then they tried to remedy it by giving me an account that was already banned!
THEN after i contacted support they gave me a working account, but it was not the rank i paid for! I highly reccomend not buying from this seller.
