The F1 games are the official video games of the FIA Formula One World Championship, with real teams, drivers, and circuits, and a new edition most years that follows the current season. Codemasters has developed the series since F1 2010, and EA took over publishing after acquiring the studio in 2021. F1 25 and the 2026 Season
F1 25, released on May 30, 2025, is the newest F1 game from Codemasters and EA Sports. It brings back the Braking Point story mode with a third chapter, rebuilds My Team, and covers the 2025 season. In June 2026, EA released the 2026 Season Pack, which moves the game to the new regulations and adds the Cadillac and Audi teams, the 2026 driver line-ups, and the new MADRING circuit. The F1 25: 2026 Season Edition bundles the base game with that content, which makes it the easiest way to start with the current season. F1 22, F1 23, and F1 24
These three EA Sports entries cover the 2022 to 2024 seasons. F1 22 added a first-person-style VR option and the supercars; F1 23 brought back Braking Point with a second chapter; and F1 24 introduced the Dynamic Handling System. F1 Race Stars is a lighter arcade spin-off from Codemasters, with cartoon versions of F1 drivers racing in a kart-style game. It's available as the standard game and the Complete Collection.
