Description
Cruel, brutal and utterly ruthless.
The Dragan Character Pack is the 16th DLC for PAYDAY 2. It allows heisters to play as Dragan, the Croatian Infiltrator of the PAYDAY gang. Other than Dragan himself, it includes the Infiltrator perk deck, Dragan's mask, Dragan's Cleaver knife melee weapon and the Lion's Roar assault rifle.
Key Features
• A new playable character – It's time to introduce Dragan, the Infiltrator of the PAYDAY gang. Dragan may be a former cop, but he's a former Croatian cop, which means his methods make the MPDC look like timid babysitters. He was brought to America and accepted into the PAYDAY gang as a favor to The Butcher. While there were some early suspicions regarding his true loyalties, his ability and commitment are indisputable.
• Infiltrator perk deck – The Infiltrator is an agent hired by a government or large criminal organization to obtain information about its enemies, or by a corporation to obtain industrial secrets from its competitors. The Infiltrator is a close combat specialist who knows how to use the environment in order to get the upper hand.
• New assault rifle – The Lion’s Roar rifle is 765 mm (30.1 in) long, with a 500 mm (20 in) barrel. The whole rifle body is a mono-block construction made from high impact polymer. When looked at from the front, it looks something like a bugle. May this weapon hearken your glorious arrival, and may it help you perform the glorious melodies of PAYDAY.
• New melee weapon – The cleaver is a kind of knife primarily used for cutting through meat and bone, but rather than using precise cuts the cleaver delivers powerful hammer-like blows that rend even the most durable flesh. Cleavers have a long history of butchering human beings as well as livestock, as the Chinese Triad consider the Cleaver something of a trademark weapon. Easily concealable, inexpensive, and a marked effect on both the target’s psyche and body. In short, you can go Full-Cow-Sacrifice-in-Apocalypse-Now-mode.
• Dragan's mask – With a background like the one Dragan has, there’s no surprise he aspires to greatness in the criminal underworld. His mask represents a lot of his own characteristics, with the clear resemblance to some of the original crew’s masks that tells of his ability to infiltrate and blend in while still having some features that tells of his unending ruthlessness. The Croatian checker on the forehead serves as a reminder for both himself and his enemies to be aware that he is not your common western street thug.

About PAYDAY 2
PAYDAY 2 is a cooperative first-person heist shooter developed by OVERKILL and published by 505 Games. It was released on August 13, 2013, for PC via Steam, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360, with PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions following in June 2015. PAYDAY 2 holds a Metacritic score of 79 and a Very Positive rating on Steam.
The game follows the original PAYDAY crew: Dallas, Hoxton, Wolf, and Chains. Set across Washington D.C., players accept contracts through Crime.net, a fictional black market that serves as the mission selection hub. Contracts cover a wide range of criminal operations, including bank robberies, museum heists, drug lab raids, armored vehicle interceptions, and more. Over 30 heists are available in the base game, with dozens more added through updates and DLC since launch.
Each heist can be approached using two core methods. Stealth involves moving quietly, avoiding cameras and guards, and completing objectives without triggering an alarm. Going loud means fighting through successive waves of responding law enforcement using the full range of weapons available. Many heists can begin in stealth and transition to a loud state if the plan falls apart, and the two approaches call for entirely different skill setups.
A skill system divides player builds across four main trees: Mastermind, Enforcer, Technician, and Ghost, each covering a different playstyle and crew role. Players invest points into sub-skills within each tree to build specialized characters for their preferred method of operation.
Weapon customization covers attachments, modifications, and skins. An Infamy system functions as a prestige mechanic, letting players reset their level in exchange for exclusive cosmetics and unlocks. VR support is available through a free DLC.

Yes. PAYDAY 2 can be played solo with AI bot teammates filling the remaining crew slots. Solo play is harder than co-op since the AI is less adaptive than human players, but the game is fully completable alone. Difficulty settings allow players to adjust the challenge across all heists.
The base game includes over 30 heists. More than 70 updates and a large volume of paid DLC have expanded the heist count significantly since launch, making the total available content for long-term players considerably larger than the base release alone.
Stealth involves completing heist objectives without triggering any alarms, using silenced weapons, disabling cameras, and moving without being detected by guards or civilians. Loud involves triggering the alarm and fighting through waves of law enforcement using direct combat. Many heists support both approaches, and players who fail stealth mid-mission transition into a loud run rather than being forced to restart.
Yes. PAYDAY 3 was released on September 21, 2023, developed by Starbreeze Studios and published by Deep Silver. It continues the series with the same core heist crew and a new city setting, built on Unreal Engine 4 with updated mechanics and presentation.
