It has the head of a cat and the body of a barn owl, inspired by a viral 2013 Chinese internet meme featuring a cat named Guapi, whose deadpan expression became iconic across Chinese social media. It costs $500B, generates $500M per second, and triggers a server-wide Meowl Event each time it appears on the conveyor belt, similar to Strawberry Elephant.

Meowl can only be obtained from the Red Carpet conveyor belt or stolen from another player.
