Street Fighter 6 is a fighting game developed and published by Capcom. It was released on June 2, 2023, for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version following on June 5, 2025. It is the seventh main installment in the Street Fighter series and was built on Capcom's RE Engine.
The game launched with a roster of 18 fighters, mixing returning series icons like Ryu and Chun-Li with new characters including Luke, Jamie, and Kimberly, each redesigned for the new entry with cinematic Super Arts. The core content spans three distinct modes. World Tour is a single-player story mode that lets players explore a fully open Metro City as a custom-created fighter, training under series characters and building a personal fighting style. Fighting Ground covers the traditional Street Fighter experience, including versus matches, arcade mode, and ranked online play.
