Victoria 3 is a grand strategy game developed by Paradox Development Studio, directed by Martin "Wiz" Anward, and published by Paradox Interactive. It was released on October 25, 2022, for PC via Steam, running on the Clausewitz Engine. Managing this population against the demands of industrialization, trade, warfare, and shifting global power structures is central to the game's core loop, with railroads, telegraphs, steamships, mass conscription, and emancipation all playing into how the century unfolds for any given nation.
