Deep Rock Galactic is a co-op first-person shooter developed by Ghost Ship Games and published by Coffee Stain Publishing. The game puts you in the boots of heavily armed space dwarves working for a dangerous mining company on Hoxxes IV, a planet packed with valuable minerals, unstable caves, and aggressive alien life.

Each mission sends you underground with a clear objective, but the caves are procedurally generated, so no two runs feel exactly the same. You might be mining Morkite, collecting alien eggs, escorting drilldozers, repairing machinery, or surviving waves of enemies while trying to make it back to the drop pod in one piece.

The game is built around four classes: Scout, Engineer, Gunner, and Driller. Each class has its own weapons, tools, traversal options, and team role. Scout lights up caves and reaches distant minerals, Engineer creates platforms and defenses, Gunner brings heavy firepower and shields, while Driller cuts through terrain and clears paths.

Teamwork matters a lot in Deep Rock Galactic. You can play solo with the helpful drone Bosco, but the game shines in co-op, where players combine class tools, cover each other, manage ammo, complete objectives, and escape together under pressure.
