Buy MM2 Legendary Weapons
Legendary is the fourth-highest rarity in Murder Mystery 2, sitting one tier above Rare and one tier below Godly, and marked red in your inventory. It sits in an interesting middle ground: rare enough to be genuinely hard to unbox, but common enough that most players can afford to build a real collection here without spending much.
MM2 Legendary weapons lean into bolder colors than the tiers below them, black, bright red, blue, green and purple designs that Nikilis intentionally made more visually appealing than the muted Common and Uncommon pool.
How to Get Legendary Weapons in MM2
There are four routes, and one of them is a genuine shortcut most players don't know about:
Unboxing, at roughly a 5% chance per box, half as likely as Rare's 10%
Crafting, using 12 Rare Shards to guarantee a random Legendary from the tier's pool
Events, with several Legendaries tied to past seasonal boxes and battle passes
The Elite gamepass, a direct Robux purchase that grants access to Legendary weapons without relying on box odds at all
That gamepass route is worth knowing about specifically, since it's the only rarity in the game with its own dedicated purchase path built directly into Murder Mystery 2 itself.
What MM2 Legendary Weapons You Can Buy
The Legendary listings on this page span a genuinely wide range:
Standard Legendary knives and guns, generally priced under a dollar to a few dollars, including pieces like Overseer, Nightblade, Old Glory, Universe and Skulls
Event-tied Legendaries, some from closed seasonal boxes and battle passes that can no longer be earned
FX Legendaries, carrying custom holding animations and glow effects, priced considerably higher at around $23 on this page
One thing worth flagging directly: a few listings on this page tag items like Clockwork and Eggblade as Legendary, but Eggblade specifically is confirmed as a Godly weapon in the game's own catalog. It's worth checking a weapon's actual rarity against a value list rather than relying solely on a listing's tag, the same mistagging pattern shows up across several MM2 categories on this marketplace.
Where Legendary Sits Alongside Other MM2 Items
Legendary is the natural stepping stone between the cheap, plentiful Rare tier and the far more expensive Godly tier. If you're crafting your way up rather than buying a specific item outright, 12 Rare Shards gets you into this tier, and from here, 20 Legendary Shards is the recipe for guaranteeing a Seer at the Godly level.
