MM2 Pets for Sale on GameBoost
Pets in Murder Mystery 2 are non-interactive, tradeable cosmetic companions that follow your character around the map. They give no gameplay advantage of any kind, no stat boost, no ability, no edge in a round. Their entire purpose is appearance and collecting, and every pet on this page sits in the Godly rarity.

What Do Pets Do in MM2?
MM2 Pets exist purely for show. They follow you around during a round and do nothing beyond that. What makes them worth collecting is that most were tied to a specific event or gamepass that has since closed, so owning one now marks when you played or what you traded for, not any gameplay edge.

How Many Pet Tiers Are There in MM2?
Pets sit inside several sub-tiers within the single Godly rarity, rather than having a separate ladder of their own the way knives and guns do. Tier 2 covers most of the standard pets, Tier 3 covers the animated Chroma versions, and rarer, older event pets sit in higher sub-tiers still. The difference between them comes down to age and how limited the original release was, not performance.

Every MM2 Pet You Can Buy
Sammy
Sammy is a bald eagle carrying the colors of the American flag across its feathers. It was originally included with the American Item Pack for 899 Robux. That pack has since gone offsale, so trading is now the only way to get one.
Phoenix
Phoenix resembles a pixelated bird in orange and yellow, with broad wings marked by small V-shaped curves. It came bundled with the 8-Bit Item Pack for 899 Robux. The pack is now offsale, and it's one of three phoenix-style pets in the game, alongside Ice Phoenix and Frostbird.
Ice Phoenix
Ice Phoenix is a frost-toned reskin of Phoenix, carrying two blue fire effects trailing from its wingtips. It came from the Winter Item Pack (1,299 Robux) during the 2017 Christmas Event. That event and its pack have both closed, so it's trade-only today.
Frostbird
Frostbird is another reskin of Phoenix, recolored into shades of blue instead of orange and yellow. It was the final tier reward from the 2018 Christmas Event's Lumber Yard tier list, a special reward track only available during that specific event.
Electro
Electro was originally bundled with the Futuristic Item Pack for 899 Robux. That pack has since gone offsale, leaving trading as the only route to one now.
Deathspeaker
Deathspeaker came from the 2017 Halloween Item Pack. It's a moderately rare pet in the community, though several newer limited-time pets released since have drawn more attention, which has kept its demand lower than its age alone would suggest.
Skelly
Skelly sits in the same standard Godly pet tier as Sammy and Phoenix, originally tied to a past item pack that is no longer purchasable. As with the others in this tier, trading is the only way to obtain one now.
Icey
Icey is another standard Godly pet in this same tier, no longer obtainable through any active pack or event, and only available through trading today.
Fire Pets
Fire Bat, Fire Bear, and the rest of the base Fire animal pets (Fire Fox, Fire Cat, Fire Dog, Fire Pig, Fire Bunny) share a common origin: the Season 1 Pet Egg. They form the foundation of the whole Fire animal family, and each one also has a Chroma counterpart.
Chroma Pets
These are the animated, colour-shifting Chroma versions of the base Fire animal pets, obtained from the same Season 1 Pet Egg as their standard counterparts, or through trading now that the egg's original availability window has moved on. They carry the same rainbow-cycling effect used on Chroma weapons.

How to Get Pets in MM2
The Common Egg is currently the only standing way to get a pet outside of an active event. Beyond that, pets have historically come from event tier rewards or as a bonus included with a specific Godly item pack. Once that pack or event closes, trading becomes the only way back to that pet.

Where MM2 Pets Sit Alongside Other MM2 Items
Pets follow the same pattern as everything else in the MM2 shop: items tied to a closed event or offsale pack hold value because they cannot be earned again. If the Chroma effect is what draws you in, the wider Chroma category shows the same animation applied to knives and guns. For a broader collection, MM2 knives and MM2 guns cover the rest of what a Murder Mystery 2 profile is typically built around.

MM2 Pets FAQ
Pets in MM2 do nothing beyond following your character around the map. They are purely cosmetic and give no stat boost, ability, or gameplay advantage of any kind.
You get pets in MM2 by purchasing the Common Egg, the only standing method outside of an active event. Pets have also appeared as event tier rewards and as bonus items bundled with specific Godly item packs, though most of those original sources have since closed, leaving trading as the only way to get those specific pets now.
The rarest MM2 pets are generally the ones tied to the oldest, most limited events, since their original source has been closed the longest and no new copies have entered the game since.
