About Sid Meier's Civilization VII Deluxe Edition
The Sid Meier's Civilization VII Deluxe Edition bundles the base game with the Tecumseh and Shawnee Pack, the Crossroads of the World Collection, and the Deluxe Content Pack. The Tecumseh and Shawnee Pack adds Tecumseh, the Shawnee leader and tribal confederacy organizer, as a new playable leader. His inclusion was developed in collaboration with members of the Shawnee Tribe, including Shawnee chief Benjamin Barnes, with Firaxis and 2K donating to programs working to revitalize the Shawnee language as part of the partnership.
The Crossroads of the World Collection is the primary gameplay expansion in the Deluxe Edition. Two new leaders are added: Ada Lovelace, the nineteenth-century mathematician recognized as the first computer programmer, and Simón Bolívar, the revolutionary leader who played a central role in the independence of several South American nations. Four new civilizations join the roster: Carthage, Great Britain, Nepal, and Bulgaria, each with its own unique abilities and units designed around its historical identity. Four Natural Wonders are also introduced, Machapuchare, Mount Fuji, Vihren, and Vinicunca, adding new environmental features to the map with their own strategic bonuses. A badge cosmetic bonus rounds out the collection.
The Deluxe Content Pack focuses on cosmetic and personalization additions. Two leader personas are included: Xerxes, the Achaemenid, and Friedrich, Baroque, each offering an alternate visual presentation and distinct gameplay bonuses compared to their standard versions. Four profile customizations and an alternate scout skin complete the pack.
