These epic monsters are very important and teams often contest them in teamfights because of it. Killing these monsters can lead to notable changes in the odds of the game, and below you can see the list of them.

Dragon Pit

Elemental Dragons: There are several types of dragons, each granting different buffs. They spawn in the dragon pit on the lower side of the river at 5:00. The types include Infernal Dragon, Mountain Dragon, Cloud Dragon, and Ocean Dragon. After 4 dragons for one team are slain, the dragon soul is gained, and the Elder Dragon spawns.

Elder Dragon: The second most powerful neutral monster that appears in the game replacing elemental dragons. It spawns only after one team has slain four elemental dragons, and he provides a very powerful buff to the team that kills it. The buff inflicts enemies after hitting them with a burn that deals true damage and executes enemies below 20% of their maximum health.

Baron Pit

Voidgrub with Voidmites: They spawn at 5:00, and killing these creatures grants gold, experience, and the "Touch of the Void" buff, enhancing damage to structures. If more than four stacks are collected, the "Hunger of the Void" effect summons allied Voidmites in structure combat. Their camp spawns twice per game, only if the first camp was slained before 9:45 and disappears permanently after 13:45, or 13:55 if in combat, before the Rift Herald arrives at 14:00. Only the first Voidgrub of each spawn is considered an epic monster takedown.
