About F1 Manager 2024

F1 Manager 2024 is the official management simulation of the 2024 Formula One World Championship, developed and published by Frontier Developments. It was released on July 23, 2024, for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. It is the third and final installment in Frontier's F1 Manager series and the first entry to release on Nintendo Switch. F1 Manager 2024 holds a Metacritic score of 81 and a Very Positive rating on Steam.

The game covers the full 2024 F1 season across all ten teams, twenty drivers, and the complete race calendar. Players take on the role of Team Principal, overseeing every aspect of their chosen constructor's operations across a full season or multiple seasons. Race strategy, car development, driver and staff management, contract negotiations, and sponsorship deals all fall within scope.

Create A Team is the headline new mode. Players build their own constructor as an 11th entry on the grid, choosing an engine supplier, designing a livery, signing drivers, and competing against the established ten teams from the opening round. The team's development, facilities, and finances are fully under the player's control throughout the campaign.

The Mentality System models the personality, expectations, and emotional state of drivers and staff dynamically based on their situation and history. A driver performing well will carry different demands than one going through a difficult run of races, and failing to manage those shifts can lead to contract complications or paddock unrest.

The Affiliates Programme allows players to sign F2 and F3 prospects into the team's pipeline and develop them before they step up to the F1 grid. Race Replay returns with real 2024 season moments, and new camera options, including heli-cam, visor-cam, and trackside views, add visual variety to the race presentation.
