PlayStation Fortnite Accounts and Exclusive PS Plus Content

Fortnite is free to download and play on both PS4 and PS5, and no PlayStation Plus subscription is needed to play Battle Royale or Creative online. PS Plus does unlock extra cosmetics, though. Since February 14, 2018, Epic Games and Sony have released PlayStation Plus Celebration Packs and similar bonus packs that members can claim for free from the PlayStation Store. The first pack launched in Season 2 and included the Blue Team Leader outfit and the Blue Streak glider.
Early packs leaned on PlayStation's blue and white styling. Pack 2 added Blue Striker and the Blue Shift back bling. Later packs varied, from Calculator Crew and Tech Ops in the numbered series to the Festival-themed Band Flair emote pack in Chapter 5 Season 4 and the Virtual Warrior and Emerald Gamer packs in 2025. Across the years, packs have included outfits, back blings, pickaxes, gliders, contrails, emotes, and loading screens.
Claiming a pack follows the same steps each time:
An active PlayStation Plus membership is required while the pack is available.
The pack is claimed from the PlayStation Store on PS4 or PS5, in the PS App, or on the web.
Fortnite then has to be launched on a PlayStation with the linked Epic account, after which the items appear in the locker.
Each pack could only be claimed during a limited window. Older packs are no longer available, and the official description of the Emerald Gamer Pack noted it might later be sold in the Item Shop, so not every pack stays PlayStation-exclusive.
Once claimed, the items belong to the Epic Games account linked to that PSN profile, not to the console. They can be used on any platform by signing into the same Epic account. Missed packs cannot be claimed later, so Fortnite PlayStation accounts for sale that hold a complete or near-complete set of older PlayStation exclusives carry a collection that can no longer be rebuilt.

Buying a Fortnite PS Account on GameBoost

Listings for PlayStation Fortnite accounts for sale on GameBoost come from individual verified sellers, so inventory, pricing, and included cosmetics vary by listing. Each listing specifies which Celebration Packs and other exclusive items are on the account, so buyers can see what is included before completing a purchase. Once the purchase is confirmed, account credentials are delivered fast through the platform.
Buying a PS4 Fortnite account or a PS5 Fortnite account follows the same process regardless of which platform the account was built on. Every listing goes through the same checkout, and multiple payment methods are accepted. Each purchase is backed by a 14-day warranty, automatic cashback, and 24/7 live chat support during and after the transaction.

Logging Into a Different Fortnite Account on PlayStation
When you buy a PlayStation Fortnite account, the cosmetics and progress are tied to the Epic Games account, not to a PSN account. Fortnite on PS4 and PS5 opens the Epic account linked to the PSN profile in use, and everything on that account, including its PS Plus packs, appears in the locker once it loads.
One rule applies before switching: a PlayStation account can be linked to only one Epic account at a time, and an Epic account can have only one PlayStation account linked. If the PSN profile on your console is already linked to a different Epic account, Epic returns an "already linked" error when the purchased account is linked. In that case the existing link has to be removed first in the Accounts section of the Epic Games account settings. The same applies if the purchased account still has the previous owner's PSN profile linked.
Switching between PlayStation profiles on the same console works when each profile already has its own Epic account linked. Logging out of the current PSN user and signing in under the other one loads the Epic account linked to that profile, with all cosmetics, V-Bucks, and progress in place.

PlayStation Fortnite Accounts FAQ
PlayStation Plus is not needed to play Fortnite on PS4 or PS5. Fortnite is free to download and play, and Battle Royale and Creative can be played online without a subscription. PS Plus only matters for claiming the bonus cosmetic packs.

Missed PlayStation Plus packs generally cannot be claimed later. Each pack is available during a limited window, and older packs are no longer offered in the PlayStation Store. This is why Fortnite PlayStation accounts holding older packs are the only way to own those items today.
Not every PlayStation Plus pack stays exclusive. The official description of the Emerald Gamer Pack noted it might later be sold in the Item Shop, while older packs such as the first one have not returned.
A PlayStation account can be linked to only one Epic account at a time, and an Epic account can have only one PlayStation account linked. If a PSN profile is already linked elsewhere, the existing link has to be removed in the Epic account settings before the new account can be linked.
Buying a PS4 Fortnite account is the same as buying a PS5 Fortnite account. Both go through the same checkout and delivery process, regardless of which platform the account was originally built on.
