How Neo PAX Sivir Differs From the Original PAX Sivir
Neo PAX Sivir is Riot’s 2017 answer to one of League’s rarest skins, giving players a way to get a PAX-themed Sivir without needing a decade-old convention code. GameBoost lists Neo PAX Sivir accounts for sale from verified sellers, ranging from smaller collections to heavily stacked profiles.
PAX Sivir, the original, was given out as a convention exclusive at PAX Prime 2011. Riot confirmed at the time that it would never be sold, given away, or added to loot again. Neo PAX Sivir arrived six years later, in August 2017, as a separate remake built on the same model but with its own distinct color scheme.
Riot was explicit about the distinction when Neo PAX Sivir launched: the original PAX Sivir would not be returning in any form, and Neo PAX Sivir was a new skin for everyone else to get a piece of that history. Original PAX Sivir owners received Neo PAX Sivir automatically, along with a special loading screen border for their OG skin, but that was the only crossover between the two.
How to Get Neo PAX Sivir
Neo PAX Sivir first sold through Hextech Crafting for 10 gemstones, available from late August 2017 until January 8, 2018, after which it moved into the Legacy vault. Today it’s classified as Mythic tier, priced at 125 Mythic Essence, and it comes back periodically through the Mythic Shop’s rotation rather than sitting in the regular store.
Since it isn’t always available when the Mythic Shop cycles it out, buying a Neo PAX Sivir account that already has it skips the wait entirely. These accounts are usually part of larger collections, often alongside other PAX line skins.
